
I am happy to say that I still consistently recording what I am eating. And let me tell you, it really works! I find that I think twice before I munch on something, because I know that it will be written. I sit here, at my computer, sipping a cup of my favorite tea,
Mighty Leaf Tea African Amber. It's great because it's caffeine- free, yet has a nice rich (almost black tea) flavor. It may be 80 degrees outside, but my house is chilly and tea is so comforting and has so many healing properties. (I'll come back to that on another blog post).
